I grant Tomlinson Press and its owner my permission to use my submitted biography, headshot, book cover images, and website information for festival promotion which may include posting on social media, Tomlinson Press website, or other types of marketing mediums. *

Event Agreement

I understand I am responsible for my own sales transactions and inventory.*

I agree to follow event guidelines provided by the organizers and Tomlinson Press.*

I understand and agree that Tomlinson Press and the event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of my property, books, inventory, or personal belongings (included but not limited to damage caused by weather, fire, theft, or negligence), and I hereby release them from any and all related claims or liability.*

Respect venue policies regarding food, drink, setup/teardown times, and designated areas for sales, panels, and/or performances.

By registering for the Hood County Literary Fest sponsored by Tomlinson Press, you agree to abide by the following rules to ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all authors, attendees, vendors, and guests.*

Weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials, or any items that could cause harm or disruption are strictly prohibited.

*I also agree to the policy of no alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances are allowed on the premises. Smoking (including vaping) is restricted to designated areas only, if any. *

*Treat all participants, organizers, volunteers, and venue staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or offensive language will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Clean up after yourself and help keep the space tidy for everyone.

If you are a vendor, selling food or drink items, you understand it is your responsibility to check with the City of Granbury to inquire if you need to obtain a permit.
